DISCLAIMER:
By commissioning my services, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully and clarify any doubts before placing your order. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the cancellation of the commission, and future collaborations may be denied.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:
By commissioning a piece, you are purchasing my artistic services. Copyright remains with me, allowing the use of the work for self-promotion and portfolio purposes. If you wish to keep the commission private, an additional 25% fee will be applied. The use of the artwork on non-commercial platforms, such as icons, banners, etc., is allowed with proper credit. For commercial use, please inquire about acquiring commercial rights.
WORK PROCESS:
Before contacting me, review the Terms of Service and prices in my portfolio. Provide detailed project references. Updates will be provided at key stages (sketch, base colors, final rendering, completion). Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and my availability. Urgent deadlines are subject to an additional fee.
REVISIONS/CHANGES
Significant revisions are allowed only during the sketch phase. After this stage, minor changes, such as color adjustments, are accepted. Any significant rework will incur an additional fee.
PAYMENT
I accept payments via PayPal or Pix. A partial payment of 50% is required before starting the artwork, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Additional costs for extra requests must be settled before final delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are accepted within one week of initial payment, with full refunds available only if work has not yet started. After the sketch is completed, a 50% refund is available, along with the produced material up to that point.
YOUT RIGHTS
You have the right to use the artwork for personal purposes and share it on your social media, provided you credit me. Modifying the artwork, claiming authorship, using it in AI generators, and producing merchandise with the artwork are not allowed without acquiring commercial rights.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
I reserve the right to refuse a commission without disclosing reasons. If the client violates the terms, is disrespectful, +18 and NSFW, or causes discomfort, I may cancel the commission, offering a refund proportional to the work done. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the loss of rights to the artwork. Ensure you understand all terms before proceeding with your order.
